Kenai Fjords National Park

It's as if you've travelled back in time

the Ice Age when you visit Kenai Fjords National Park.

There are still glaciers and ice caps, and they extend to the water's edge, making for breathtaking scenery.

Approximately half of the park is permanently frozen over, and the water valleys

that have formed as a result have carved out deep fjords.

You can see migrating whales and birds diving

for fish in these fjords since they are the perfect habitat for these animals.
