Los Angeles is a city that never sleeps, and that’s why it’s always a good time to check out the newest restaurants in town. Whether you’re a food lover looking for something new to try, or you’re just in the mood for some delicious eats, these restaurants will have you covered. Who knows – you might even find your new favorite restaurant on this list! So, let’s get started to find the best new restaurants in Los Angeles.

Patio Del Mar Restaurant

Patio Del Mar Restaurant

If you eat at a restaurant in Santa Monica without looking out over the ocean, you’ve missed out on something special.

The Casa del Mar’s new sister property, Patio del Mar restaurant in Los Angeles offers a thriving beachside atmosphere that doubles down on its appeal to tourists.

The fresh Oysters, Seafood Salpicon, and Shrimp Ceviche are accompanied by fresh vegetables served on a bed of chips—an exquisite combination that would make for an excellent meal after a hard day’s work.

Whether you’re staying at the hotel or just visiting, add this restaurant to your list for its amazing view and excellent seafood.

Cabra, Los Angeles – Rooftop Dining

Peruvian-inspired cuisine, in a beautiful setting, awaits you on the rooftop of downtown Los Angeles’s Hoxton hotel.

Head to the top of an iconic building before sunset for a memorable dinner with city views and shareable plates, such as Salmon Ceviche, goat empanadas, and wood-fired cauliflower with Quinoa crunch.

MR. T Los Angeles

Mr. T offers a contemporary twist on French food in an elegant setting that feels much posher than the name suggests.

The plating here is exquisite…everything, right down to the smallest detail, looks like a work of art.

The cocktails are well-made and interesting. And, the wine list here is totally over-the-top.

The tuna Crudo was so well received in this restaurant and it’s no surprise that the deconstructed sushi with sea urchin is a favorite of uni lovers.

Moreover, the interior is lovely in this restaurant, but you’re really missing out if you don’t sit outside!

Mother Tongue Restaurant

Mother Tongue Restaurant

I’m not afraid to say that Mother Tongue is one of my favorite openings of the year. This new restaurant is a concept by chef Michael Mina and it is located in the HEIMAT. The food here is so light and healthy that you wouldn’t guess how indulgent it tastes. I was just obsessed with the pink tones and velvet booths at the restaurant. Even, you can enjoy pasta and dessert that taste lighter without sacrificing flavor in this restaurant.

The Hideaway Beverly Hills

The Hideaway Beverly Hills

The Hideaway, Beverly hills is one of the best new restaurants in Los Angeles that I can’t stop talking about. The cocktails are fantastic and the food served here is Mexican with a modern twist.

The branzino is excellent, and I would recommend it to anyone. The Hideaway is a great place to eat at any time of the day. In addition, some of the booths even have buttons that, when pressed, will bring you tequila.

DONO Restaurant

DONO Restaurant

Dono is a Spanish restaurant, owned by the same people who run Fia and Fia Steak. The menu features authentic tapas as well as inventive cocktails.

The menu is divided into small, medium, and large tapas – seafood, meat, poultry, and vegetable dishes. They also serve a variety of entrees, including whole grilled sea bass. That said, if you enjoy Paella, this is a dish worth ordering here.

The classic cocktail makes for the perfect evening drink, and the Mezcal Mist is one of my most unique chocolate drinks in this restaurant.

Moreover, DONO has a fantastic happy hour that runs from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM from Tuesday to Sunday.

Tet-A-Tet Restaurant

Tet-A-Tet Restaurant

Tet-A-Tet is one of the most preferred restaurants in Los Angeles. During the day, the restaurant serves baked goods, breakfast burritos made with golden biscuits, and egg sandwiches.

After 6 p.m., the Vietnamese menu includes such as silky smooth chicken liver pate with lemongrass chili crunch, Crispy Banh Xeo crepes stuffed with shrimp. And, while you’re here you must-try fried red snapper served over the spicy green curry.

The unexpected combination of tropical cocktails and blue crab fried rice makes the experience feel like a well-kept neighborhood secret. Plus, this restaurant is an ideal date night option.
