Best Time To Visit

As part of our Nagaland travel guide, we would recommend visiting Nagaland in the winter from October to February. This is a moderate climate range and offers enough warmth while still allowing you to enjoy the beauty and charm of Nagaland.

In summers from March-April, when temperatures reach 16°C – 31°C it can be adequate if you are planning for a 2-3 day trip.

However, during monsoon climatic conditions (21°C – 40°C) it can get quite humid and rainy so we advise avoiding this time period altogether.
