Vansda National Park
Covering an area of 24 sq kilometres the beautiful park was owned by the King Vansda and the wildlife park consist of every tree since then. Surrounded with lush greenery the park indeed provides a breath-taking view and serves as amazing picnic spot. Enjoy the hundreds of different varieties of flora and fauna here and if you want to take a look at this place in your vehicle then you can do it by getting the permission of the authorities here. Also, they provide the vehicle for getting a mini trip of the place and if you opt for just taking a long walk to enjoy the fresh air here then do go for it.
The Hatgadh fort
Having a rich historical significance the fort gives a picturesque view and was built by the great ruler Shivaji Maharaj who visited the region. Well as the region is not very much exploded with public, the atmosphere here is very pleasant. Also, the scenery is perfect for pictures and photo shoots and do try out the n number of food stalls present nearby the place.
The Gira falls
It is one of the best beautiful tourist spots found in the region of Satpura. Well although the place is around 1 km away from the main city of Satpura, you should try to not miss to enjoy the water fall. The height of the water falling down to earth is around 150 m tall and crystal-clear chill water with surrounding greenery, distinct voice of birds chirping and some amazing food stalls for taking a break and having some snacks is all that you will find in this majestic place. Also, there are shops nearby this place which sell local traditional things like accessories and clothes so it is a great spot for shopping too.
The Nageshwar Mahadev temple
The holy site is famous for the intricate carvings and mind-blowing architecture of the temple here. The Nageshvara Jyotirlinga is actually one of the twelve Jyotirlinga temples and thus many devotees consider to be a very holy place and this pilgrimage site is also believed to be one of the most worshipped temples. The temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva and the spectacular surrounding is surely remarkable. The shrine of the presiding deity is present in a chamber and if you visit the place during Hindu festivals then it will be very crowded for sure.
