The anatomy museum
The Manipal Museum of anatomy is one of the largest museums of anatomy found in the country. The museum was established in 1960 and is one of the parts of the famous Manipal University too. The museum consist of more than 300 specimens and many body parts of different species that are carefully persevered her for the research. It includes Elephant’s skull, skeleton of King Cobra, Whale and much more specimens found here. There is also a section in the Anatomy museum which has the specimens of Human body that is from head to toe.
Planetarium
The famous science centre in Manipal is renowned for its huge construction and is also considered as the second-best planetarium that you will find after the famous Nehru Planetarium. The planetarium is dedicated to Dr. T.M.A Pai and is and is located beautifully on the banks of Lake Manipal.
