Disneyland Park in Anaheim, California, is the original Disney theme park and was founded by Walt Disney in 1955.

It is the only theme park designed and built under the direct supervision of Walt Disney.

The park is divided into 8 themed lands: Main Street USA, Adventureland, Frontierland

New Orleans Square, Critter Country, Fantasyland, Mickey's Toontown, and Tomorrowland.

It is home to many popular attractions, such as Pirates of the Caribbean, Indiana Jones Adventure, and Space Mountain.

There are also numerous shows, restaurants, and shops throughout the park.

As early as the 1940s, Walt Disney envisioned a series of themed attractions to complement his Burbank film studio

A backlot tour featuring a train ride through a "village" set, and an amusement park for his employees' and their children.
