The national park was established in 1968 covering an area of 716 square kilometres
The Bandhavgarh Ancient Cave- The famous caves consist of total 39 caves present on sand-stone hillock
The fort is said to be 2000 years old, and is said to be constructed by rulers of the Gond Empire.
