Why Should You Visit Yosemite?

Yosemite National Park is home to some of the most distinctive rock formations in the United States

as well as towering waterfalls, millennia-old sequoia trees, and striking, foreboding cliff faces across

its nearly 1,200 square miles of terrain.

Yosemite National Park is enormous, but most of the park's 8 square miles of tourist activity are concentrated in Yosemite Valley.

Half Dome and El Capitan are two of the park's most recognisable features

they're both accessible via excellent hiking trails found in this area.
