The Basilica of Bom Jesus basilica located is famous for having the mortal remains of St.
Francis Xavier and is a part of the Churches and convents of Goa UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The church’s construction began back in 1594 and it was completed by 1605 making
the church as the India’ first minor basilica.
